Information and Referral

As an agency listed with ACCESS, TJFS refers services made available by public and private providers,  after a brief assessment of client needs to facilitate appropriate referral to community resources.

Family Support Coordination

In partnership with the Children’s Board of Hillsborough County and Tampa JCC Preschool North, our Family Support Coordinator provides assistance to students and their families through support plans, family team meetings, classroom observations and referrals to community resources.

JELF (Jewish Educational Loan Fund)

JELF grants Jewish student interest-free loans. For more information visit www.jelf.org.

Aging Out

Case management for Medicaid Waiver clients.  Including coordinating home health services, completing comprehensive assessments, collaboratively develop care plans with clients and their families.
