Financial Assistance

Utility Assistance: TJFS has limited funds available to assist families with utilities. Applicants must have child under the age of 18 years old living in the home. Applicant must exhaust all other possible options for assistance.

The Hebrew Loan Program (HeLP): TJFS is now accepting applications for interest-free loans for individuals and families in the amounts of $500 to $2000. The program is offered by Tampa Jewish Family Services in partnership with the Tampa Jewish Federation.

Jewish Helping Hand Program: TJFS offers smaller loan amounts up to $200. These limited funds are available to those who do not qualify for the Hebrew Loan Program. These funds are specifically for emergency-use only.

Master Money Mentor: TJFS provides one-on-one mentoring for individuals/families that are experiencing financial difficulties.
