Client Satisfaction Survey for Counseling Department

TJFS completed the first of four quarterly Counseling Department Client Satisfaction Survey for 2010.   It was administered to each client who came to the office for their appointment in the month of January.

  • Sixty-nine percent reported much improvement in their ability to understand and manage their emotions now; compared to before they began therapy.
  • Sixty-five percent reported much improvement in their insights about themselves and their problems now; compared to before they began therapy.
  • One hundred percent experienced improvement in their ability to cope with their problems now; compared to before they began therapy.
